Management is an ongoing romance in between the chief and superiors, leaders and colleagues, leaders and individuals, and primarily concerning leaders and followers. This intangible notion we simply call leadership most typically refers to the conversation of the leader and the follower. This conversation must not be imagined of in phrases of us and them. Followers are allies who be a part of the leader, and alongside one another develop the synergy that drives businesses. “Since the personal marriage defines the present high quality of interpersonal interaction concerning the chief and would-be followers, followers will not join the chief with no the requisite romantic relationship. Leadership is the connection.” (Blank, 1995, p. 12).

Leaders require lots of competencies in running relationships. Not just followers but with all the stakeholders, including superiors, peers, and external constituents. “Partnership habits is the extent to which the chief engages in two-way or multi-way conversation. It consists of listening, encouraging, facilitating, providing clarification, and supplying socio-emotional support.” (Bolman and Offer, 1997: 300). The goal of the partnership is to give each person the opportunity to expand and to lead to his or her fullest prospective and make strengths in the midst of variations.
