Management is an ongoing romance in between the chief and superiors, leaders and colleagues, leaders and individuals, and primarily concerning leaders and followers. It consists of listening, encouraging, facilitating, providing clarification, and supplying socio-emotional support.” (Bolman and Offer, 1997: 300). The goal of the partnership is to give each person the opportunity to expand and to lead to his or her fullest prospective and make strengths in the midst of variations.
